Returns

30 days from delivery. The jacket must be unused with tags attached. Email us to start your return and we'll provide detailed instructions.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the jacket has a confirmed quality issue. Please note: natural leather characteristics such as creases, grain variations, insect bites, or vein marks are not considered defects.

Refund

Refund will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping and any import duties incurred for the return shipment to China are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

30 days from delivery. You pay return shipping for the original item plus shipping for the new item.

Import Duties

We cover duties and taxes for orders shipped via standard shipping to the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. If you are charged customs fees on delivery, send us the bill and we'll refund you 100%.

For expedited shipping, customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

For all other countries, you are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order — regardless of shipping method.
