Free standard shipping to US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia.

For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Expedited shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx) is available at an additional cost – calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties

We cover import duties and taxes for US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia – for standard shipping only.

Expedited shipping: import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

For all other countries not listed above, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes regardless of shipping method.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@jiashileather.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
